The truly sad part is that someone, somewhere will use this as a motivation for searching all patients just in case...I agree vigilance is needed, but there are limits to that.
It mentions he might have had the gun in his pocket? What about if he had had a soft bag for his O2...
Condolences from here as well, I hope the Deputy is given support...I know I'd be blaming myself.
