I work in the Pre-Hospital field and I don't give a shit what you call me, 
as long as you remeber two things:

1) My abilities exceed that of a peanut better sandwich
and
2) I can drink any med student under the table....twice!!

Honestly, aren't we getting just a wee bit petty and missing the point of 
what this bulletin is designed to do? Many countries use people to simply 
drive. Nothing more, nothing less. They are just as important a member of an 
ambulance crew as any other.

To save embarrassment and perhaps daggers being drawn in the future, maybe 
we should do our best to use correct titles when referring to people.

My two cents worth anyway
