realigning the spinal column

Hi,

To all those that "always move to the neutral position". Remember 
that all patients do not have the same neutral position. Especially if 
there is previous spinal disease movement to a 'neutral position' 
may cause harm. (See Lesson of the week. BMJ about 6 months 
ago for an especially tragic case).

In medicine "always" and "never" should be words that are used 
with great care.
